The Education Authority’s Music Service are pleased to return to the Ulster Hall in Belfast for their annual Christmas Concert on 11 December 2024!
Join us for a festive concert featuring the SE Youth Orchestra and Senior Concert Band along with bands and orchestras from North Down/Castlereagh and Lisburn/Down areas. As well as lots of seasonal tunes, the programme will also include well-known music from television, theatre and much more!
Come and enjoy the wealth of talent on display and be entertained by the hard work of the young musicians after just one term of rehearsals.
EA Music (Dundonald Office) bands and orchestras consist of around 260 young musicians aged from 7-18 representing dozens of local schools. The students travel and rehearse one evening every week during term time led by experienced conductors and tutors, and supported by their parents, friends, and families.
