The Frozen Princess Pantomime, 24 Nov - 31 Dec 2019
No Christmas is complete with a family trip to the panto! The icy children’s tale of adventure, friendship and bravery, comes to the Waterfront Hall by the brilliant creative team behind other Belfast pantomimes such as; Beauty and The Beast, Aladdin & Sleeping Beauty.
With enchanting characters, original music and filled with breath-taking costumes and set, The Frozen Princess is set to be a Pantomime not to miss.
Love Actually Live in Concert, 05 December 2019
Love Actually, the seasonal romcom that has become a revelation and synonymous for so many with the festive period, is coming to the Waterfront Hall this December with a full orchestra performing its soundtrack live to picture, in what is becoming an annual highlight of the holiday calendar for many.
Directed by Richard Curtis and originally released in cinemas in 2003, Love Actually tells 10 separate, interweaving stories of love around Christmas time.
A full, live orchestra will perform Craig Armstrong’s evocative score at these shows, with the film being projected onto a huge screen. The Love Actually Live Concert Tour will be treated to a unique way to watch the film that has gotten so many into the holiday spirit for the last 15 years.
The Snowman Family Concert, 07 December 2019
An annual treat for many in Belfast, this wonderful animated film is now a festive family tradition, creating special memories for young and old. Join the Ulster Orchestra and young guest soloists at the Ulster Hall for magic and adventure in this big-screen, classic tale of a boy whose snowman comes to life. Make sure you come early to enjoy some Christmas activities in the foyer before each performance!
Adam Kay: Twas The Nightshift before Christmas, 11 December 2019
Twas the Nightshift Before Christmas is a love letter to all those who spend their festive season on the front line, removing babies and baubles from the various places they get stuck, at the most wonderful time of the year.
Coming to the Ulster Hall this December, this brand-new live show mixes highlights from the book with Adam’s award-winning stand-up comedy and exclusive new content.
Ireland In Christmas Praise, 20 Dec - 21 Dec 2019
Now established as one of Belfast’s most popular festive events. An eclectic celebration at the Waterfront Hall this December featuring the New Irish Choir and Orchestra, New Irish Youth Choir, and guest soloists, directed by Jonathan Rea. And you’ll even get a chance to join in some traditional carols yourself.
