Please complete the form below if you have an accessibility requirement or if you require an essential companion / carer ticket. Please be aware that applications can take up to 5 working days to process upon receipt of a completed application with the correct supporting documentation.
The addition of an essential companion/ carer tickets is only available to Access for All account holders. Bookings made before joining the scheme are not eligible for an essential companion ticket. The account must be in the name of the person with the accessibility requirement and not in any other name eg: the name of the essential companion.
Entrance will not be permitted for holders of carers/ essential companion tickets unless they are accompanied by their named Access for All customer.
Please be aware that there are a limited amount of essential companion/ carers passes available per show and early booking is advisable. Only one essential companion/ carer ticket is available per event subject to availability.
Our team will endeavour to make reasonable adjustments to facilitate your request; however, due to capacity and space within our venues, it may not be possible to facilitate all requests.
Please note that Accessibility tickets and Essential Companion/Carer tickets must be added at the time of booking and cannot be requested retrospectively.
