Our hand-picked catering team is led by Executive Head Chef Leo Small, who has been working in conferencing and banqueting across Ireland for many years. Leo pushes the boundaries of fine dining at the venue and has developed a range of innovative menu packages to suit every type of event ensuring that local ingredients are in the mix for a fantastic food experience at Belfast Waterfront.
